Introduction Of Several Common Faults And Treatment Methods Of Wax Injection Machines

There will be many small faults when the wax injection machine is in use. The following will introduce the treatment methods for several faults:

1. The wax temperature exchange effect of the incubator is not good, whether the solenoid valve of the water pump and cooling water are working normally. Repair or replace the solenoid valve, check whether the water contains oil and impurities, and install a pipeline filter.

2. The wax barrel heats up slowly or gradually decreases close to room temperature. Check whether the wax dispenser heater is powered off or burned out. Check whether the heater is burnt out, whether the AC contactor that controls the heater is normally closed and whether the damaged parts can be replaced in time, and check and adjust the temperature control switch on the wax bucket.

3. The temperature of the upper and lower molds is too high, check whether the cold water valve is open and whether the upper and lower plate pipelines are blocked, troubleshoot, open the valve, check the process holes of the upper and lower plates, and test with wind or water.

4. The nozzle of the wax injection machine does not produce wax. Whether the nozzle cylinder does not work, the air source has no pressure, or the cylinder is damaged. Whether the temperature of the nozzle, wax tube, or cylinder is normal, the nozzle is blocked, and the cylinder needs to be repaired or replaced, check the gas circuit, and replace the cylinder. Check the corresponding heating part, temperature control meter, and temperature measuring resistance, and clean the nozzle.
