Square bottle labeling machine

The square bottle labeling machine is controlled by Japan's "Panasonic" programmable controller (PLC), with a special high-speed labeling device. The labeling is flat, and has the functions of printing production date, production batch number (three lines) and continuous counting. The production fully meets the requirements of GMP specifications. It is suitable for double labeling of various flat and square bottles. The operating system is controlled by touch screen, which is convenient to operate.

1. After the installation position of the machine is determined, adjust the four foot screws to make the table level.

2. Understand and be familiar with the structure and working principle of this machine, adjustment method, and various electrical button switches.

3. Rotate the belt pulley to make the rotary table rotate for a week, check whether the positions of all moving parts are coordinated, and adjust if they are not coordinated.

4. Put the clean bottles to be pasted into the bottle feeding tray of the bottle feeding machine.

5. Pull the tag pusher lever by hand, put the tag codes into the tag box, and release the tag pusher lever.

6. Put the glue into the glue box and adjust the gap between the intermediate wheel and the glue box.
